Nigerian singer, Dammy Krane has called out his colleague, Davido over unpaid debt.
Taking to his Twitter page, the music star alleged that OBO is yet to pay him for his songwriting contribution to the song “Pere.”
Dammy Krane pleaded with Davido to pay him the money as he needs to pay his daughter’s school fees.
He reminded the singer that he(Davido) signed artist Idowest from his record label without his permission but he let it slide.
In his words;
“I know it’s hard for rich people to pay debts, but Davido, if not for my sake, at least pay me my money for my daughter’s sake (your niece, if at all). School fees aren’t easy in Nigeria right now, and everyone is trying to secure their future. It’s money we want, not wahala.”
“Let’s not forget, Davido, that you took Idowest from my record label. I didn’t talk because I saw you as a brother, and neither did I drag the artist (because I had done my part to help him). Genuinely, I want to know why you don’t want to pay me for the song you tweeted that I wrote.”
This is not the first time Krane has accused Davido of owing him money as he had called out the singer in 2017 for owing him $25,000 for a feature verse on the song “Pere.”
