“I bought 40k for 70k” Paul Okoye of P-Square laments over Naira scarcity

After personally experiencing the Naira scarcity that has been hitting Nigerians over the past several weeks, award-winning singer Paul Okoye popularly known as Rude Boy, has resorted to social media to express his shock.

 

 

Incredulous, Paul revealed on his Instagram story that he had to buy Naira today to pay a visa cost that required to be paid in cash. He lamented that in order to pay his bills, he had to purchase 40,000 Naira with 70,000 Naira.

 

 

The father of three claims that numerous events in the nation is constantly setting new records.

 

He wrote, ” Omoh!!! I buy money today!! Just because I have to pay for a certain visa fee in an embassy, and it has to be paid in cash. Jokes apart I bought 40k with 70k Aahhhh!!!!!!! Naija breaking new record.”
