Actress, Keke Palmer is taking legal action to protect her son from alleged abuse by his father, Darius Jackson.
On November 9, Palmer filed for full custody of her 8-month-old child and a restraining order against Jackson.
In court documents, Palmer alleges that Jackson has physically and emotionally abused her multiple times throughout their two-year relationship.
She describes a recent incident in which Jackson trespassed into her home, threatened her, and assaulted her. Palmer also provides screenshots of security footage that she claims shows Jackson striking her over a couch.
Keke Palmer is seeking full custody of Leodis and is also requesting a restraining order that would prohibit Jackson from contacting her or coming near her or their son.
A hearing on the matter is scheduled for November 23.
