Tunde Ednut, a Nigerian blogger, has faced mixed reactions on Twitter after sharing a snippet of his old song, “Jingle Bell.”
The song, which features collaborations with Ice Prince and Davido, was released 12 years ago.
Sharing the video, Tunde wished Davido a happy birthday.
He wrote; “HOW OLD WERE YOU 12 YEARS AGO? Happy Birthday, Davido! YOU BE MY GEE FOR LIFE!”
While some Twitter users praised Tunde Ednut for singing with established artists and extended birthday wishes to Davido, others criticized the song ‘s quality, suggesting that Ednut’s transition to blogging was a wise career move.
