Nollywood actress, Funke Akindele has finally revealed why her 7-year-old marriage to Popular rapper, JJC Skillz ended.
It could be recalled that the actress and the filmmaker got married in May 2016. Their marriage was blessed with twins, two boys.
Sadly, after seven years of marriage, JJC announced that his marriage to Funke ended on Thursday morning, June 30, 2022.
However, the actress didn’t come out to reveal what went wrong.
Well, Funke Akindele has broken the silence and has revealed why she and JJC Skillz ended their marriage.
In a in an interview with Legit.ng published, the politician revealed their vision and dreams of how the marriage should work stopped aligning.
According to her, efforts to work towards restoring the relationship failed.
She said; “Well, the truth is our dreams and vision of what our marriage should be just no longer aligned. And efforts to make it work all fell on deaf ears, so why hang around.”
